Shandong Lixing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Sino Singapore Joint Venture) invested in the construction, with a registered capital of 31 million US dollars, of which foreign investment accounts for 80%. The total investment of the project is 300 million yuan.
The project plan covers an area of 50 acres with a building area of 20000 square meters, including a production workshop of 10000 square meters, a research and development center of 4000 square meters, a raw material, finished product, and material warehouse of 4000 square meters, and an office, cafeteria, and other 2000 square meters. The main production and operation includes the production and processing of carbon free copy paper and thermal sensitive paper, as well as the manufacturing and sales of related products.
This project complies with relevant industrial policies of the country, province, city, and development zone. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to produce 15000T of carbon free copying paper, 20000T of thermal paper, and 20000T of electrostatic copying paper annually. The total output value will reach 550 million yuan, and the profit and tax will reach 10-15 million yuan.
Weifang Boyue Paper, whose production factory is located in Weifang, Shandong Province, the beautiful kite capital, mainly produces A4 multifunctional electrostatic paper. Boyue Paper has a complete production line and strict production management system. We use advanced papermaking technology and equipment to ensure that each piece of paper has undergone a fine production process, so as to achieve excellent quality standards.
The A4 multifunctional electrostatic paper we produce uses the base paper of the listed brand and is cut to the international A4 standard of 210*297mm. We use fully automated equipment, which does not contact with labor and reduces the dust and manual contact of the paper to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the paper. After testing, the powder drop rate of the A4 multifunctional office paper we produce is lower than that of similar products. The packaging bags and packing boxes are covered with film, to ensure the drying of the paper.
